Pay for qualifying visits rather than a fixed seasonal total. Costs vary with the winter; confirm visit pricing and whether long storms require additional passes.
Availability, pricing and all service commitments are confirmed in your written proposal. An estimate request does not activate snow service.
Confirm the first and last covered day, billing schedule and cancellation or renewal terms.
Agree on accumulation depth, how it is measured and when a visit qualifies.
List driveway or lot areas, sidewalks, steps and entry paths separately.
Identify storage space without blocking entrances, visibility or neighboring access.
Specify products, application areas, authorization and any separate charges.
Clarify drifting, long storms, municipal plow ridges and extra-pass pricing.
